Jose Da Silva
Jose joined Wilson in 2011 as Chief Operations Officer (COO) in the Technology business. In 2019, Jose was promoted to the Group Chief Executive Officer. Responsible for the Wilson Group across the Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia, Jose leads a dynamic team in the Parking, Security, Self-Storage and Medical Transport and Services segments.
A passionate and driven executive Jose has demonstrated industry flexibility and developed a broad base of experience spanning across sales, operational, financial management, administration, human resources, organizational restructures, acquisitions, and the rollout of information technology platforms in several organisations and global markets.
Lara Donnini
Lara joined Wilson Group in 2012 and is responsible for formulating the design and delivery of core people strategies and systems that build organisational and leadership capability. Lara has a proven track record of creating a productive and positive employee experience that supports future business growth.
A strong leader with skills in analysis, risk assessment and strategic foresight across a broad range of complex workplace scenarios, Lara has successfully delivered commercial and pragmatic outcomes. This includes key roles in large scale acquisitions and workforce transitions, the formulation of a workplace relations strategy and the implementation of cultural change transformation initiatives.
Michael Quinlivan
Michael joined the Group in 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer and from 2017 has been the Group Finance Director and Company Secretary of Wilson Offshore Group.
Michael is an experienced Group Finance Director and CFO with a demonstrated history of working in the property and diversified service industries throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Michael is a strong believer in the collegiate style of management with a focus on encouraging and developing co-workers.
Daren Rendle
Daren joined the Group in 2010 and has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since 2023, covering Parking, Security, Storage and Health business units across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia.
As Chief Operating Officer, Daren is responsible for supporting the Group CEO and the businesses to re-baseline systems, processes and support functions after a period of strong continuous growth and transformation post COVID, with the goal to realise greater efficiencies through changing business practices, leveraging our scale and the refresh of technology. Energetic and determined, Daren is passionate about finding sustainable, outcome driven solutions to complex and pressing business challenges.
With a strong track record in the delivery of key strategic programs and initiatives, he is highly adept at commercial negotiations, project management, resource and stakeholder engagement, financial analysis, policy setting and corporate governance.
Paul Sidwell
Paul joined Wilson Group in 2012 through the acquisition of ADVAM, a payment and software business later divested to Transaction Network Services. Since then, he has held several key positions, including Managing Director APAC for ADVAM and Chief Technology Officer for Wilson Parking Australia.
Appointed Chief Information Officer in 2022, Paul leads the organisation’s technology strategy and operations. The Corporate IT team’s responsibilities include Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics, and AI, supporting the Group’s operations across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
With a strong background in engineering, application development, security and compliance, product strategy, and business development, Paul is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and delivering enterprise wide solutions.
David Chelliah
David joined Wilson Group in 2000 as a Commercial Analyst and since that time has held various roles across the organisation. David’s responsibilities extend to Singapore, Malaysia and Medic One.
By nature a decisive person, David works closely with his teams to deliver strategic objectives across the Group.
Nick Frangoulis
An operationally focused leader, Nick brings extensive sales, operations and business management experience in the security sector and other service industries to the role of Chief Executive Officer – Wilson Security.
Nick joined the organisation in 2011 and has held multiple roles, including as Group Chief Operating Officer. Backed by this industry and commercial know-how, he provides authentic leadership to build our capabilities and competencies. This includes leveraging latest technology to deliver greater transparency, productivity efficiencies and end-to-end customer excellence.
With a large workforce of security professionals in what is ultimately a ‘people business’, providing care and support to our people is critical – and something that Nick is committed to delivering as CEO.
Stephan Wuffli
Stephan joined Wilson Parking in 1997 and brings more than two decades of market experience to the executive leadership team. He has held senior roles in the Parking business across New Zealand, Singapore, and more recently Australia.
Stephan is passionate about customer experience and industry disruption and has a prior background in quality management.
Jon Larkin
Jon has been with the Wilson Group since 1993. His first role was that of State Operations Manager for Wilson Parking and oversaw the transformation from a mostly manual, labour intensive operation to that of automation and a high standard of facility, maintenance and presentation.
Jon is now the Chief Executive Officer of Wilson Storage, and is always looking for new opportunities to use his creative and inclusive management style to further strengthen the Group.
Ryan Orchard
Ryan started his career with Wilson in 2003. After holding positions in Sales & Marketing and Business Development, he departed Wilson in 2007 to start his own business. Ryan returned to Wilson in 2010 and since then has held various management and leadership positions. He was appointed to CEO of Wilson Parking New Zealand in May 2019.
Ryan is a firm believer in creating strong relationships with people built around communication, trust and respect.
Sara Norrie
Sara is the Chief Executive Officer of FIRST Security, bringing extensive leadership experience in service-driven and operationally complex environments.
She spent 18 years with Wilson Parking New Zealand, where she developed a strong operational foundation and became known for people-focused leadership, customer delivery, and innovation. Her earlier career with the Metropolitan Police in the UK and Qantas further strengthened her ability to lead large, distributed teams.
Passionate about building inclusive, high-performing cultures, Sara is focused on uniting teams behind a shared purpose and driving FIRST Security’s next phase of growth across Aotearoa New Zealand.
